We prioritize safeguarding our work and client data against increasingly sophisticated threats. **The Opportunity:** The GDS Technology team is in search of an experienced Technical Manager to spearhead the development of solution architecture for software solutions utilizing the Microsoft stack. This includes technologies such as C#, .Net, SQL, Data Lake, Power Platform, as well as AI and ML technologies. Your role will entail designing and implementing highly modular, scalable, and robust applications, both on-premises and in the cloud, primarily leveraging Azure. Collaboration with teams to promote best practices and formalize processes for compliance and excellence in delivery is a key aspect of this role. As an advocate for change and growth, you will play a crucial role in integrating emerging technologies into various facets of EY's operations, offering you opportunities for personal and professional growth, learning, and impactful contributions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Solution Architecture team in developing software solutions using the Microsoft Technology stack. - Oversee solution delivery for complex projects, applying strong technical capabilities and hands-on experience. - Design and implement advanced software architectures and infrastructure architectures aligned with business and user requirements. - Integrate AI and ML solutions into software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. - Solve complex technical challenges in coding, testing, and deployment across multiple programming languages. - Ensure compliance with relevant standards throughout the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions. - Engage in business development activities, including solutioning for pursuits and collaborating with sales teams on compelling proposals. - Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability, and value from existing solutions and emerging technologies. - Forge strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to develop leading solutions. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** To qualify for this role, you must have a B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS or equivalent degree in Computer Science discipline, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture. Proficiency in C#, .Net, and the Microsoft technology stack is essential, along with experience in architecting enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with Azure services, AI/ML technologies, Agile Development methodologies, and exposure to Data Science concepts are highly desirable. **Additional Requirements:** - Familiarity with Power Platform and Agile Development methodologies. - Experience in large-scale technical implementations and digital transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of PMI & Agile Standards and Azure certifications would be an advantage. **What We Look For:** We seek individuals who are self-starters, independent thinkers, and creative minds with a drive for innovation.
