Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Manager ( Hospital design ) with Civil Engineer as qualifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 12 + years in design of buildings or coordinated directly with consultants on design of buildings, preferably institutional like hospital buildings. Experience in preparing design briefs, working with architects and structural engineers in evaluating multiple design alternatives, evaluating options, ensuring design within the budgets and parameters set by the end user is key. Job Responsibilities: 1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge in design principles, structural design, environmental regulations, safe working environment along with construction methodologies 2. Coordination with the Architects, consultants and other related stake holders 3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local, state, and national regulations, codes, and standards, as per the relevant IS codes, NABH and NBC guidelines 4. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Efficiently handle budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation for optimal project outcomes with assistance from cost consultants. 5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. 6. Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in civil engineering technology and integrate innovative solutions into projects. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, contributing to the overall success of projects. 8. Team: work with other design engineers within the Foundation, as well as external consultants. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field. Proven experience of 12+ years in civil engineering, with a focus on project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering regulations, codes, and standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software Auto CAD, Revit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
