Company: Indriya Realtors Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 25 years in residential or plotted layout drafting Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings for plotted developments and residential layouts. • Create site layout plans, working drawings, sections, and elevations based on inputs from the Planning and Engineering team. • Modify and update drawings based on design changes or site requirements. • Ensure drawings comply with DTCP, RERA, and other regulatory norms. • Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for drawing execution and revisions. • Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and project-wise drawing database. Key Skills: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. • Understanding of civil construction elements, levels, and measurements. • Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and utility drawings. • Strong attention to detail and spatial understanding.
