Technical Manager

Job Description: Technical Manager Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with 11+ years of experience to lead our development teams in building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend technologies (Java, Python, AI/ML), frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and software architecture . This role requires a strong background in product development, project management, and people leadership . Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define and drive the architectural vision for web and mobile applications. Ensure scalable, high-performance, and secure application designs. Provide technical guidance on backend (Java, Python, .NET, AI/ML) and frontend (React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) technologies. Product Development & Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Implement best practices for Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead cloud strategy and implementation on AWS & Azure . Optimize cloud resources for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency. People & Team Management: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across multiple domains. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration. Drive recruitment and talent development initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 11+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture. Strong expertise in backend technologies (Java, Python, .NET, AI/ML). Proficiency in frontend development (React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS & Azure). Proven experience in mobile and web application development . Expertise in product development, project management, and Agile methodologies . Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Experience in defining and implementing software architecture best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications . Knowledge of DevOps, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. Prior experience in scaling engineering teams and driving organizational growth.
