Technical Manager

Role Overview: As a Technical Manager at Biz4Group LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving architectural excellence and ensuring technical alignment across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on MERN & Polyglot Implementation, owning the DevOps & Cloud Strategy, defining Data Strategy, driving AI-First Enablement, mentoring high-performance teams, and managing client relationships. You will be expected to proactively identify and resolve technical debt and risks while fostering a culture of Psychological Safety within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the final technical authority for all major enterprise platforms, designing scalable, secure Microservices and Serverless solutions (AWS Lambda/Fargate). - Provide expert guidance and hands-on contribution to complex modules using Node.js, Express, and React. Drive integration of specialized services built in Python (e.g., AI/ML, Data Processing). - Own the CI/CD pipeline (Git/GitHub Actions) and set best practices for Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud resource management on AWS. Ensure cost-efficiency and system observability. - Define advanced data modeling approaches across both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Relational Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), justifying trade-offs for consistency and performance. - Drive the integration of AI/ML models into core business solutions and implement Process Excellence by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools in the development workflow. - Actively build trusted advisory relationships, especially with juniors, providing technical guidance, career mentorship, and soft skills development. - Lead, mentor, and technically manage a team of 5-10 senior and mid-level engineers, focusing on continuous technical confidence and growth. - Serve as the primary technical anchor for key clients, translating complex architectural concepts into clear business value and managing technical expectations. - Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, risks, and systemic dependencies across the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Qualifications: - 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in an Architect, Principal Engineer, or Technical Manager role. - Advanced proficiency in Node.js/Express for back-end design and performance optimization. - Expertise in React/Redux/Context API for high-performance front-end architecture. Experience with React Native is advantageous. - Advanced knowledge of MongoDB for data modeling, sharding, and aggregation. - Professional experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, and Pandas. - Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC) and proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
