The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Supervision Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team. Monitor employee performance and ensure work efficiency. Handle team issues and conflicts effectively. Project & Task Oversight Assign & track work progress. Ensure project deadlines are met. Improve IT processes and workflow. Technical Oversight & IT Operations Oversee IT infrastructure and security. Ensure smooth IT system operations. Collaborate with other teams for tech solutions. Performance Reporting & Compliance Review daily/weekly performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct employee performance evaluations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an IT Team Lead / IT Manager. Strong knowledge of IT operations, networking, and software systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and team members. Excellent leadership & communication skills.
