Technical Lead-Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Be responsible for the design, development, quality, and delivery of initiatives for your team
• Collaborate with the product, business, and program management team to be on top of your
  deliverables
• Timely delivery of high quality, maintainable and operationally excellent code.
• Help and mentor those around you to achieve the team and company goals
• Research and identify emerging technologies to define long-term engineering initiatives
• Participate in the recruitment process and work with your manager on staffing plans for the team

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in leading tech teams at start-ups or mid-sized companies
• 4+ years of experience in developing end-to-end highly scalable web and mobile applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver projects end to end from requirement to post deployment
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver projects end to end from requirement to post deployment monitoring and operation support
• Proficient in software engineering best practices, algorithms, OOPS, design patterns
• Experience in working with NodeJS, ReactJs, AWS and developing REST APIs
• Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing and contributing to system design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
