Job Description

Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers across onshore/offshore teams
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Participate in hands-on development using .NET Core, .NET MVC, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Manage source control, branching strategies, and code repositories using Git
Design and implement Microservices architecture using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Container Registry (ACR)
Integrate applications with external systems and APIs
Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Gateway, Redis Cache, and Azure PaaS offerings
Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies for streamlined deployments
Ensure application performance through caching, queuing mechanisms, and SQL Server optimization
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a customer-facing role
