Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Leader or Technology Specialist for MECHANICAL DESIGN SERVICES. Our office is located in Ahmedabad. The TECH LEAD will oversee and coordinate Design projects, manage design processes, and ensure effective collaboration among clients. Day-to-day tasks include leading project coordination meetings, developing and maintaining CAD and Design Standards, resolving design issues, and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Product Design (Casting, Plastic, Sheet metal etc)
• Experience in CAD Software (Solidworks, Creo, Inventor etc. )
• Knowledge of Mechanical Design systems
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience
• Should be EXPERT in ALL types of CAD Software
