MentorshipTrain and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Full Stack DevelopmentDesign and build scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL and related technologies. Code Quality & Best PracticesEnforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to maintain high-quality codebases. Technical Design & ArchitectureDefine technical designs and system architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. CollaborationWork closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Deployment & DevOpsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure automation. Problem SolvingTroubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability. Education / Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks). Extensive experience with React.js and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript). Proficiency in RESTful APIs and stateless authentication and security Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong database skills (SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL). Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing. Ability to lead code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with Prisma for SQL Experience with universal web apps, SPAs and PWAs Why Join Us?
