• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of SharePoint-based solutions (On-Premises, SharePoint Online, or hybrid).
• Manage SharePoint development projects from conception through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
• Oversee customization and configuration of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs as they relate to SharePoint customisation.
• Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Deliver projects with 3rd party suppliers' teams
• Promote Agile methodology in the company
• Customer satisfaction with projects
• Capability to work worldwide, for all Business Groups
