Key Skills & Competencies: - TECHNICAL STB REPAIR.
. Strong knowledge of STB hardware architecture, s, SMPS, tuners, HDMI, AV,
and power circuits.
. Hands-on expertise in soldering, BGA rework, and use of repair/test equipment.
. Familiarity with firmware loading, diagnostic tools, and STB software validation.
. Analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis (RCA).
. Ability to prepare and present technical reports to management and clients.
. Strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
. Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or
equivalent.
. 710 years of experience in electronics repair, with at least 35 years in STB
production/ repair management.
