As a Technician at our company based in Ahmadabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production and quality teams. Your primary responsibilities will include soldering, product assembly, testing, and inventory management. This position requires a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your key duties will involve performing precise soldering on PCBs, assembling products according to diagrams and procedures, conducting thorough product testing, managing inventory, troubleshooting and repairing defective components, as well as maintaining and calibrating tools and equipment. It is essential to adhere to ESD protocols while working on delicate electronics and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Collaboration with engineers for design enhancements, preparation of production/testing documentation, and reports will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess technical skills such as PCB soldering, reading circuit diagrams, and using various test instruments. Soft skills like attention to detail, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving mindset are equally important for success in this position. Additionally, knowledge of embedded systems, familiarity with ISO/quality standards, basic mechanical assembly skills, experience in repair and rework of electronic products, and proficiency in computer applications like MS Excel and Word would be advantageous.
