Title:Technical Lead-ServiceNow developer-ITSM

Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Service now Developer-ITSM LEAD( ITSM Certification mandate)

Mandatory Skills - ServiceNow Developer with ITSM must, ITAM/ITOM Module, SPM, PPM, Shell Scripting
Nice to have skills - ITSM , ITIL ,HAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping

Experience: 6-9yrs

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Non negotiable : ITSM Certifications is mandatory.

ServiceNow Developer with the following skills –

1. Perform configuration/ customization of Service Now system including creation of workflows, portals and reports

2. Build Service Request Fulfillment workflow from business requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts and business rules etc

3. Automate different tasks using service Now functionality

4. Develop Integrations and process automations via Orchestration, Web services, SOAP calls etc

5. Manage clients, complex projects and participate in business requirement gathering

6. Develop and configure applications using Service Now and build workflows and write automated scripts

7. Develop advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI pages, UI macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows, Custom tables etc.

8. Experience in designing, building and maintain Service Now Integrations with various Third-party tools
