Technical Lead - Salesforce

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the design, estimations, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Your role will involve assessing risk management, providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to RFPs, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and architecting scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, drive continuous learning within the team, and act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, estimations, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions - Ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements - Assess risk management and ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards - Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring - Contribute to RFPs, technical assessments, and accurate project estimations - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements - Architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform - Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment and identify areas for optimization and innovation - Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices - Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and provide recommendations to support decision-making - Participate in the full software development lifecycle Qualification Required: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization - Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products - Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools - Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs - Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API - Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies like Salesforce DX and Git - Knowledge in planning and executing seamless data migration processes within Salesforce - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability - Salesforce Certified Architects are highly desirable.,
