Technical lead

The company is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Lead to oversee the end-to-end development of robust and high-performing applications. As a Technical Lead, you will be required to demonstrate expertise in various areas including REST APIs, backend and frontend development, and contemporary CI/CD practices. This pivotal role necessitates strong technical leadership to offer architectural guidance, mentor team members, and make technical decisions that are in line with the organization's objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading full-stack development initiatives with a strong emphasis on backend responsibilities and overseeing frontend integration. You will be tasked with architecting, designing, and implementing RESTful APIs and solutions based on microservices. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in frontend implementation, utilizing modern JS frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies. In addition to your development responsibilities, you will be instrumental in driving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Collaboration with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring code quality through regular code reviews and enforcing best practices is essential. You will lead sprint planning sessions, technical discussions, and system design meetings while also mentoring and guiding junior developers to foster a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in backend development using technologies like .NET, Node.js, Java, or Python is required. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential. Hands-on experience in REST API design and integration, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, is crucial. Additionally, exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred. Experience in technical design, architecture, and delivering production-grade systems is a must. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to lead a development team, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery are key attributes for success in this role. Desirable qualifications include experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and infrastructure as code. Cloud certifications from providers like AWS or Azure, as well as familiarity with monitoring/logging tools, would be advantageous.
