Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers and designing scalable backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, NestJS, and AWS-based Microservices architectures. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. - Architecting, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. - Designing and consuming RESTful APIs for various services and integrations. - Driving technical decisions and ensuring best practices in code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployment. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX to deliver high-quality solutions. - Implementing cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, and API Gateway. - Mentoring and guiding a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Participating in sprint planning, estimation, and architectural discussions. - Monitoring system health and optimizing application performance and cost efficiency on the cloud. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineer role. - Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Solid understanding of NestJS, Express.js, or similar frameworks. - Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures. - Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.). - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
