Technical Lead PHP/Laravel/CI

As a Technical Lead PHP/Laravel/CI, your role involves leading product development, ensuring secure solutions, and managing enterprise-level projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading backend development using PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter (CI), and MVC frameworks. - Managing and optimizing existing platforms for scalability, security, and performance. - Designing, developing, debugging, and integrating new modules, APIs, and middleware solutions. - Driving customization and optimization of enterprise applications/products, including database management. - Working with frontend & backend stacks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, JSON, and REST. - Having an added advantage of React Native (plus Angular/Node/React/Vue JS). - Ensuring secure coding, server-side solutions, and deployment optimization. - Guiding the full software lifecycle from estimation to monitoring. - Leveraging AI, data engineering/science, and reporting/integration services for product innovation. - Leading teams with clear communication, mentoring, and hands-on problem resolution. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering. - Strong technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, MySQL, and modern JS frameworks. - Experience in CRM systems, customization, and enterprise-level application management. - Knowledge of security best practices, OOPs, GitHub/version control. - Solution-oriented mindset with experience in AI and data-driven solutions. - Proven experience as a Dev Lead/Manager handling complex projects and multiple releases. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,
