Job Title: Technical Lead (order management system - fluent commerce) Location: Remote / Pan India Notice Period: Immediate iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Technical Lead (order management system - fluent commerce). About the Role - We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Fluent Commerce to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our Order Management System (OMS) solutions. As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding our engineering teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance OMS solutions for our clients. This role requires deep knowledge of Fluent Commerce, order orchestration, system integrations, and enterprise commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Fluent Commerce OMS solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Architect and implement order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, and return managementsolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams working on OMS implementations. Ensure seamless integration of Fluent Commerce with ERP, eCommerce platforms, WMS, and other enterprise systems. Develop and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices to maintain system quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and scalability. Stay updated with industry trends and Fluent Commerce updates, proactively applying new features and improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fluent Commerce certification or prior implementations in large-scale enterprises. Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles. Experience in DevOps practices, including monitoring and logging solutions (Kibana, Datadog, Splunk). Exposure to GraphQL-based commerce solutions and other OMS platforms.
