We are currently looking for a Technical Lead with 6-12 years of experience to join our team in Chennai (Work from office). As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure that our applications meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, developing scalable back-end APIs using ASP.NET Web API and ASP.NET Core Web API, working on data models and integrations with Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET, and staying updated on the latest trends in .NET development. You will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug application issues, and ensure code quality and maintainability. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, 6-12 years of experience as a Microsoft .NET Developer, proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, React, Web API, .NET Core, DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server, knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, experience with Entity Framework Core, Agile development processes, and version control systems. Experience in Financial Services and Insurance domain is desirable, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
