Technical Lead- Node & React

Role & responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, API development, and database schema design.
• Ensure best practices across coding, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Understand business requirements, break down Epics into user stories, and support sprint planning.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Project Managers.
• Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams via Slack, Email, and ticketing systems.
• Write high-quality code in Node.js and React.js and perform thorough code reviews.
• Manage GitHub releases, tags, pull requests, and rollback operations.
• Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal groups for smooth delivery and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation on Confluence.
• Mentor team members and drive improvements in engineering processes and product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on work in Node.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and architectural design skills.
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NoSQL, WebSockets, testing frameworks, and observability tools like Signoz.
