Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HIRE FOR C#.Net Tech Lead Profile.
We are looking for immediate joiners only. Candidate should reside in Bengaluru only.

Position :C# .Net Tech Lead.
Number of Positions :2. Job Location:Bangalore (Electronic City) Work from Office (WFO) for all days. Job Time:Standard Day Shift (Monday to Friday). Experience Required:7+ Years (Mandatory). Important Note :Third-party background verification is mandatory for this position. Candidates must successfully complete the verification process through Stanra Tech Solutions, our designated BGV vendor, as part of the hiring procedure.

About The Role :.
At least 7+ years of relevant experience in working and building software applications using C# and the .NET framework.

Proven track record in successfully leading Windows application development projects.

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with a deep understanding of system design principles.

Hands-on experience with Windows application development.

Familiarity with API integration, validation and debugging.
Proficiency in WPF, WinForms, or cross-platform tools like Blazer/Xamarin/MAUI.

Solid understanding of architecture and design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Familiarity with industrial automation systems and platforms.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Role And Responsibilities.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust industrial software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.

You will manage a team of developers, Test engineers for the development and delivery of solution.
Technical mentor to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Architect and implement software modules, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

Drive code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Ensure application performance, uptime and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
