As a Technical Lead specializing in MS SQL, your role at our SaaS product-based company will involve leading a team of database developers to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of database systems supporting our SaaS products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of database developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. - Provide technical guidance in database design, development, and optimization. - Conduct regular code and performance reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions. - Collaborate with software developers and architects to align database designs with application requirements. - Analyze and optimize database performance, addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Work closely with the SaaS platform team to integrate database systems with cloud-based applications. - Oversee the database development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in MS SQL, database technologies, and SaaS trends.
