The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and efficient software systems using Kotlin/Swift, Go, and Java. Experience with RDBMS, Redis, and Kafka is essential, and knowledge of gRPC is a plus. As a Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of large-scale systems, mentoring team members, and driving technical innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale systems. - Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Drive technical innovation and stay up-to-date with industry trends. 2. Software Development: - Develop scalable and efficient software systems using Kotlin/Swift, Go, and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions. - Ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. 3. Database Expertise: - Design and implement database solutions using RDBMS. - Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. 4. Caching and Messaging: - Implement caching solutions using Redis. - Design and implement messaging systems using Kafka. 5. gRPC (Good to Have): - Develop and implement gRPC-based services. - Ensure efficient communication between services. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in software development. 2. 2+ years of experience as a Development Lead of large-scale systems. 3. Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Swift, Go, and Java. 4. Experience with RDBMS, Redis, and Kafka. 5. Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. 7. Strong communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). 2.
