Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of React developers providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding best practices
• Architect and implement reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features, ensuring seamless API integrations
• Participate in technical decision-making and front-end architecture, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
• Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and end to end tests, and ensure high code quality and conventions are followed
• Define and maintain front-end tooling and CI/CD pipelines using Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and version control systems like Git
• Stay current with evolving industry trends in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem
• Should have implemented one AI based application using LLMs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of front end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on

  React.js

  and state management tools (Redux or Context API)
• Strong command of modern UI technologies: React Hooks, REST APIs, responsive/adaptive design, cross browser compatibility.
• Extensive experience with tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving capabilities.
