Job Description

Primary Skills (Must have hands on experience):

5+ years of experience in SQL and data modeling
5+ years of experience with Snowflake, across
4+ years of expreince end-to-end projects
3+ years of experience with Matillion for data transformation and pipeline orchestration
2+ years of experience working with AAS (Azure Analysis Services) models and Power BI dashboards and reports
3+ years of experience in collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
2+ years of experience in performance tuning across data pipelines, queries, and reporting layers

Role & responsibilities

Define and review system architecture and design.
Ensure code quality through standards and peer reviews.
Guide the team in solving complex technical issues.
Mentor and support team members in their growth.
Delegate tasks and monitor execution.
Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Drive adoption of best practices and development processes.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Contribute to long-term technical strategy and innovation.
