Technical Lead- Javascript

As a skilled professional in software development, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and managing the entire development process. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications. You will design and implement complex web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code will be essential, along with ensuring code quality through unit testing and code reviews. It will be your duty to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while identifying and resolving technical issues promptly. Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development, particularly focusing on JavaScript and related technologies, is essential. Your proven experience in leading a development team and managing projects will be highly valued. Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks and libraries is a prerequisite. Experience with agile development methodologies and a solid understanding of web development principles, including MVC architecture, REST APIs, and database design, are important qualifications. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are necessary for this position.
