Experience Required: 10+ yearsLocation: offshoreRole Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise inPython and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will lead backend developmentefforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-performance, scalable solutions in acloud-native environment.
- Lead the design and development of microservices-based applications.
- Architect and optimize RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Design, develop, and tune relational and non-relational databases.
- Drive backend development best practices and conduct code reviews.
- Provide production support and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.- Integrate with third-party services including ElasticSearch.
- Work with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AWS services extensively; AWS certification is highly preferred.
- Utilize AWS Glue for data integration and ETL workflows.
- Explore and integrate AWS AI services where applicable.
- Exposure to Microsoft .NET technologies is a plus.
- Expert-level Python programming.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of API design and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.).
- Experience with ElasticSearch.
- Strong database design and optimization skills.- Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
