We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to act as the technical leader of a development squad delivering enterprise grade web solutions for one of our key clients.

Youll guide a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and design scalable, high-performance applications leveraging Angular and Java / Spring Boot within an Agile and DevOps-driven environment.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the technical lead ensuring delivery excellence across the full stack.
• Develop and support Angular front-end applications and Java microservices in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) mode.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
• Develop system specifications and write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Design and model solutions for complex business problems, ensuring adherence to functional and non

functional requirements.

• Perform code reviews and validate design deliverables for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach team members throughout the development lifecycle, promoting best practices and

collaboration.

• Write unit and integration tests, supporting test-driven development (TDD) and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to regression testing strategies to improve long-term system stability.
• Participate in technical brainstorming, architecture discussions, and rapid prototyping sessions.
• Interact regularly with cross-functional teams across Canada to ensure alignment and delivery success.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack delivery in enterprise contexts.
• Proven technical leadership experience within Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Core Skills

• Frontend: Advanced knowledge of Angular (required); familiarity with React is an asset.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot (required).
• Languages & Frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Version Control: Git (required).
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with OpenShift, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe and DevOps practices.
