We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing scalable software solutions, and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development processes. Youll serve as both a hands-on contributor and a mentor, helping to drive technical excellence across the team.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Guide and mentor software engineers in coding standards, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality, performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Own and maintain technical documentation, architectural decisions, and system design artifacts.
• Oversee project timelines, risk management, and resource planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the software stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.
• Proficiency in any one Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or your stack
• Strong knowledge of any cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
