Technical lead, Full Stack

You are a talented and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineering Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft technologies and frameworks, as well as deep experience in Azure cloud services. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary interface between your teams and UK-based Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Senior Software Engineering teams. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. As a leader, you will cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and priorities. - Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Technical Expertise & Development: - Design and architect full-stack solutions. - Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in Azure cloud environments using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, React, and Blazor. - Conduct hands-on development and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Project Management & Delivery: - Define technical roadmaps and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. - Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor and report on project progress, addressing technical or organizational challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Excellent knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices. - Extensive commercial experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, RESTful API development, ORM, RDBMS, messaging systems, version control systems, cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, and continuous integration tools.
