Technical Lead (Full Stack) - React and Node

As a Full Stack Technical Lead at our AI-first SaaS company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering scalable applications using TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, architecting web solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with emerging technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications. - Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions. - Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant. - Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and software architecture. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. - Strong database knowledge in SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. - Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.,
