Technical Lead Full Stack (MERN Stack)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of fullstack applications using

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

  .
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle — planning, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust solutions.
• Develop reusable components, scalable backend services, and optimized front-end interfaces.
• Drive performance improvements, security enhancements, and architecture modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in fullstack development with strong hands-on expertise in

  React.js

  ,

  Node.js

  , and the MERN ecosystem.
• Proven experience in leading development teams or owning significant technical modules.
• Strong understanding of

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  , and modern front-end best practices.
• Expertise in creating and consuming

  RESTful APIs

  and working with

  MongoDB

  (schemas, aggregations, optimization).
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to break down complex requirements and architect scalable solutions.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
