10+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware design and development with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Technical Leadership,Project Management, Firmware development, System Integration, Code quality & review, Testing & Validation, Documentation, Stakeholder communication .
Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly.
• Extensive experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and SoC architectures.0
• Proficiency with embedded systems development tools (compilers, debuggers, IDEs).
• Strong understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
• Ability to interpret hardware schematics and integrate software with hardware components.
• Working experience on HMI/display interface is desired
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced.
