Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using Python. Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architectures is essential. Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications will also be part of your daily tasks. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in software development (Backend and Frontend). - Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and its libraries. - Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Knowledge of Helm Charts, Containers, and Kubernetes. - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
