Technical Lead

Leadership capabilities are equally critical, requiring proven experience leading teams of 3-5 developers, conducting comprehensive code reviews, and mentoring junior developers on Spring Boot/Batch technologies while delivering technical training and knowledge transfer programs that ensure consistent enterprise standards across modernization initiatives.
