Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - DotNet to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to drive the development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of .NET applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure high-quality performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET framework.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
