Desired Skills And Experience-

7 years of experience in DFT, mainly Scan Architecture, ATPG & MBISTExperience in planning scan chains, running scan insertion flowExperience in latest Cadence tool set Genus & ModusExperience in ATPG for Stuck@, TFT, IDDQ & Path delay faults with tough coverage targetsExperience in MBIST architecture, generation and implementationExperience in AECQ100 requirement standard is a big plusExperience in working with a multi-site team is a big plusExperience in working on critical time-bound projects is a big plus
