Job Description Business Development Manager (Cloud & Digital Transformation)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Hunt for new enterprise clients across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Energy, and Aviation.
Manage and grow existing accounts, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Position IT modernization and cloud solutions: Lift & Shift, App/Data Modernization, Cloud Adoption.
Conduct solution assessments (Discovery, DC Migration, CAF, Landing Zones, POCs).
Collaborate with teams to deliver innovation – Dynamics 365, Modern Workspace, Azure Synapse, Power Platform, Data & AI, and ESG-focused solutions.

Skills & Experience

4–8 years in Business Development/Sales for IT Services, Cloud, or Digital Transformation.
Proven track record in
hunting & mining
with strong revenue achievements.
Knowledge of
Azure, AWS, and GCP
ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-level stakeholder management skills.
MBA (preferred) with cloud certifications (Azure AI, Google Cloud, AWS) a plus.
