About the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and evolve product features using Java and modern frameworks in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Lead end-to-end feature development: from ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, to release.
• Drive engineering best practicesclean code, scalable design, thorough testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, especially in Java-based product development.
• Deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience in building customer-facing, scalable products with high availability.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React to work with full-stack teams.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience integrating message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) for event-driven systems.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, profiling, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience working on SaaS, B2B, or B2C products at scale.
