Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, data specialists, and testers to deliver high-quality health-focused applications.
• Oversee the

  design, development, and deployment

  of web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with

  product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders

  to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
• Ensure best practices in

  coding, security, performance optimization, and database management

  .
• Conduct

  code reviews, performance evaluations, and continuous improvements

  within the development team.
• Troubleshoot

  complex technical issues

  and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging

  technologies, tools, and industry trends

  relevant to software development.
• Manage

  technical documentation

  and provide training to team members as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years

  of experience in software development with a strong background in

  Web Application Development, PHP Laravel, Python, .Net, MySQL, PostGreSQL

  .
• Experience in leading

  agile development teams

  and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in

  RESTful API development, cloud-based deployment, and microservices architecture

  .
• Strong understanding of

  database optimization, security best practices, and application scalability

  .
• Familiarity with

  version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, communication, and leadership

  skills.
