Technical Lead

As a Tech Lead at BJS Home Delivery, your role involves providing architectural and technical leadership in backend development (Python, PHP), frontend technologies (React, Angular), and DevOps practices. Your responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, leading a team of developers, and integrating AI and machine learning technologies. You are expected to stay updated with industry trends, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the seamless functioning of backend and frontend systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural Leadership: - Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure solutions. - Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications. - Ensure alignment of the architectural vision with business objectives. - Technical Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of developers. - Provide hands-on technical guidance for backend and frontend development. - Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. - DevOps and Infrastructure: - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment. - Manage cloud infrastructure on Azure for high availability and security. - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. - Machine Learning and AI: - Integrate machine learning models and AI solutions. - Lead the development of AI-driven features and chatbot functionalities. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. - Frontend and Backend Development: - Develop backend services using Python, PHP, Flask, and MySQL. - Implement frontend applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, and more. - Optimize performance and scalability of both frontend and backend systems. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Advocate for continuous improvement processes and drive innovation within the team.
