Technical Lead – Application

Position Overview:

As a Technical Lead at Virtual Element Studios, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical engineering concepts and creative animation solutions. You will work alongside a talented team of engineers, designers, and 3D artists to produce industry-leading visualizations, 3D models, and simulation-based animations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of 3D animations and visualization pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate complex engineering concepts into high-quality, realistic animations.
• Ensure that technical workflows align with creative vision while adhering to industry standards and deadlines.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring their technical and creative growth.
• Work on AR/VR projects and real-time rendering applications.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and creative problem-solving approaches for project challenges.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Additional certification in 3D Modelling, Animation, or Design (e.g., CAD, Maya, Blender, SolidWorks, or equivalent) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and workflows.
• Proven experience with 3D design software, simulation tools, or animation pipelines.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into animated content.

Creative Quotient & Adaptability:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to complex technical challenges.
• Open to exploring new tools, workflows, and design trends.
• A portfolio demonstrating innovative technical visualizations and creative problem-solving.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (adjustable based on role seniority).
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team of animators, designers, and engineers.

Communication & Leadership:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical ideas.
• Strong team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to AR/VR, real-time rendering, or advanced visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of project management within technical pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
