Job Description

hands-on Technical Lead

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and own the full technical roadmap
  • Develop core backend/frontend modules with high-quality coding standards
  • Integrate AI models, vector databases, and intelligent agent workflows
  • Build scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines & DevOps processes
  • Lead end-to-end delivery—from requirements to production launch
  • Hire, guide, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
  • Ensure product performance, security, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years software engineering experience with 2–3 years as a tech leader
  • Strong backend development in

    Node.js / Python / Java

  • Experience with

    LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma)

  • Hands-on with model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
  • Solid cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) +

    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

  • Experience building scalable SaaS products
  • Passion for startup environments and ownership-driven mindset
