Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Technical Lead to oversee software development teams,

drive technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate

will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and ensure best practices in software development.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

• Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Project & Team Management

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring efficient collaboration and code quality.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical

solutions with business goals.

• Plan sprints, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development standards.

• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.

• Encourage and implement best coding practices, such as CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOp

Software Development & Problem-Solving

• Develop and maintain high-quality code in [relevant programming languages].

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and

CSS

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture

• Strong understanding of GraphQL, RESTful API design, OOP, asynchronous programming,

and exception handling

• Familiarity with Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ANT Design, ng-zorro, Bootstrap, and

Typesense is preferred

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and its services (S3, CDN, CloudFront, API Gateway,

EC2, EKS, Lambda, SES & SQS)
