Technical Jr. Sales Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Aftermarket teams in preparing accurate and timely quotations based on customer specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Supply Chain to source pricing for components and accessories related to each quote. Your role will involve entering orders and maintaining data in the ERP business system, supporting the creation of technical documentation for proposals and orders, and coordinating detailed handoffs to the Project Management team post-sale. You will also track and manage quotation status, customer feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM tools, as well as support internal teams by clarifying technical scope and customer requirements during pre- and post-sale phases. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations to ensure proposed solutions align with manufacturing capabilities and identifying cost-saving opportunities and value-added alternatives during the quoting process will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and proposal quality is essential.
