Technical & IP Documentation Specialist

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and narrative by crafting compelling technical documents, decoding complex patent landscapes, and helping shape funding and IP strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing high-quality technical documents, white papers, and grant proposals. - Conducting patent searches, FTO analysis, and prior art reviews. - Assisting in drafting, filing, and maintaining patents and related IP filings. - Collaborating with R&D, legal, and leadership teams to capture and articulate innovations. - Staying updated on funding opportunities, innovation challenges, and IP regulations. - Working on scientific communication for regulatory dossiers, presentations, and reports. - Organizing and maintaining a central database of IP assets, grants, and technical files. - Supporting brainstorming sessions and documenting technical meetings effectively. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with the following qualifications: - Strong technical writing skills - clear, precise, and engaging. - Background in science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field. - Familiarity with patent systems (Indian/US/EU preferred) and grant mechanisms (BIRAC, DST, DBT, etc., is a plus). - Excellent research and analytical skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of patent databases (Google Patents, WIPO, etc.). - Bonus: Experience with IP management tools or grant platforms.
