Job Summary:

The Technical Executive oversees daily facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and safety practices. This role focuses on optimizing site efficiency, ensuring compliance, and leading energy conservation efforts.

Property Operations:

  • Oversee daily activities across all divisions, including Technical, Housekeeping, Administration, and Security.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key activities at the site.
  • Monitor daily checklists and logbooks via a QR Code-based Dashboard.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure services meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Regularly review safety and security equipment and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for technical and security systems, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance for critical equipment.

Vendor Management:

  • Lead vendor selection and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) negotiations with OEMs for all site equipment.
  • Maintain vendor performance scorecards and conduct periodic review meetings.
  • Oversee all AMC-related activities to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Audit critical spare parts inventories maintained by vendors as part of the AMC SLA.
  • Ensure statutory compliance checks are performed regularly.

Technical and Environmental Management:

  • Guide the team in improving technical infrastructure and equipment health, with a focus on energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Implement Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices in accordance with established standards, conducting regular audits and drills.
  • Optimize site costs through best practices and efficient use of resources and equipment.

Training and Development:

  • Facilitate continuous learning for the team by organizing training programs in collaboration with the SILA training team and vendors.
  • Ensure accurate daily attendance updates on the SILA Connect tool to streamline billing and payroll processes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports, monthly management reports, and any additional reports as required by management or clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for attendance tracking, billing, and payment follow-ups with clients.
  • Address any issues or queries related to staff wages.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5-7 years in facility or property management, with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
    • Expertise in vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and safety protocols.
    • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of energy conservation practices and sustainable operations.
