Technical Executive (Mobile Service Centre Executive)

Role Overview: As a Technical Executive (Mobile Service Centre) at our company in Indore, your primary responsibility will be to resolve staff queries effectively through phone calls and Vchat. You will also be expected to actively respond to approvals and inquiries via Vchat, manage daily reporting tasks including announcement reading and data management, and oversee and maintain the technical equipment warehouse. Qualifications: - B.Tech or ITI (Electronics) / Post Graduate Skills Required: - Results Driven - Technical Management - Presentation Skills - Performance Measurement of Team - Building Relationships - Negotiation Skills - Good Communication Skills Experience: - 3 to 5 years in the Telecommunication industry Additional Details: Our company offers a competitive package ranging from 2.5 LPA to 3.00 LPA along with a monthly incentive of Rs. 5000.
