Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage technical operations of chiller plants, DG sets, transformers, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Oversee facility management activities such as maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with vendors for breakdown maintenance services and ensure timely resolution of issues affecting plant operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues impacting production schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years' experience in technical services or facility management in an industrial setting (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, DG sets, transformers, C license requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
